Child Care Corporation

The 1199SEIU Child Care Corporation provides programs for working parents — both 1199SEIU members and parents outside of the healthcare industry — that give them access to family services they cannot afford on their own. These programs offer parents peace of mind and their children a nurturing environment in which to learn and grow. They include multicultural curricula and programs that promote healthy brain development, academic skills, personal growth and confidence for children from infancy through teen years, such as:

The Child Care Corporation also operates two Future of America Learning Centers in the Bronx that are both accredited through the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) and have been awarded literacy and training grants from New York University.
