Your Benefit Fund can help take the guesswork out of the process. Our staff will help you secure an affordable, low-interest mortgage from a lender you can trust. And, if you're vested in the Health Care Employees Pension Fund or the Greater New York Pension Fund, you may be able to borrow from your pension to cover the closing costs for a house, co-op or condominium.
If you’re thinking about buying a home, drop by one of the Home Mortgage Program’s upcoming seminars. You can also stop by the Home Mortgage Program’s Manhattan office at 330 West 42nd Street on the first and last Tuesday of the month between 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm for a free, one-on-one Home Buyer's Consultation with a member of the Home Mortgage team.
