Member Choice Program
Member Choice was designed to give you access to a hospital network and a primary care provider within it who will coordinate your care. And, with Member Choice there are no referrals and no out-of-pocket costs or deductibles for covered services. You can choose from 14,000 physicians affiliated with more than 70 Member Choice hospitals. In fact, Member Choice is so flexible you can choose a different doctor and hospital network for yourself and each of your covered family members!
There are other benefits to Member Choice. When you enroll in Member Choice, you will double your lifetime maximum benefit to $1,000,000 and enjoy an
enhanced dental benefit up to $3,000 per year.

Panel Providers In addition to Member Choice providers, you can get the care you need by using any participating provider on the Benefit Fund's panel. These 6,000 healthcare professionals across New York City, Westchester and Long Island accept the Benefit Fund's payment for most services. Remember — if you are referred to non-participating providers, including physicians or services such as anesthesiology, radiology or lab procedures — you could face high out-of-pocket costs. Always check to make sure your provider is in the Benefit Fund's network. You can search the Panel Provider Directory
here. Need Care Outside of New York City? Find a participating provider in
