Give Your Brain a Boost at Our Next Wellness Workshop

January is a great time to make positive lifestyle changes, and you can start by attending our Wellness Department’s first workshop of 2019. The “Brain Health and Fitness” workshop* will focus on the importance of maintaining a healthy brain—and how regular exercise and good nutrition can help keep your mind sharp. You will learn how to better manage stressors so they don’t dominate your thoughts and distract you from your daily life—including ramping up your exercise routine and eating a healthy diet. Along with “brain games” and other mental exercises, these strategies have been shown to improve brain functioning. You’ll also learn easy-to-cook recipes using ingredients and food combinations proven to support brain power. The day will wrap up with an all-ages exercise class, so remember to wear comfortable clothes and bring the whole family!

As an added bonus, every member who attends the workshop will receive a copy of the Funds’ 2019 Protecting Our Health calendar.

Workshop is held on the 33rd Floor, Penthouse.

Registration starts at 9:30 am
Workshop segments run from 10:00 am to 12:45 pm
