To learn more about the connection between what we eat and how we think and feel, join Health Educator Golda Smith at our Wellness Department’s workshop*. You’ll enjoy a cooking demonstration that will show you how to prepare meals that can boost the health of your body and mind—without breaking the bank—followed by a discussion of the “8 Dimensions of Wellness,” a holistic integration of physical, mental and spiritual well-being. And be sure to bring comfortable clothes for an energizing aerobic exercise session that’s fun for all ages!
