Please read the following important information about receiving your pension payments.

As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, the U.S. Postal Service has suspended mail delivery to the following countries and territories:

  • Bahamas
  • Bangladesh
  • Bermuda
  • Cayman Islands
  • Chile
  • Colombia
  • Costa Rica
  • Dominica
  • Dominican Republic
  • Ecuador
  • Egypt
  • Ghana
  • Grenada
  • Guyana
  • Haiti
  • Honduras
  • India
  • Kenya
  • Panama
  • Peru
  • Philippines
  • South Africa

If you reside in one of these countries or territories, and you have been receiving your pension benefit by mail, you must have an online U.S. bank account in order to receive it now by direct deposit.
