The Funds will soon release their 2021 Celebrating Our Healthcare Heroes calendar. This year, the Funds' calendar pays tribute to your 1199SEIU employees and members serving on the frontlines of the COVID-19 pandemic, for their tireless work in caring for their clients. In addition to Trustees and delegates, the Funds are mailing the calendar to members who attended wellness workshops in early 2020 and participated in online wellness programs. Members may request a calendar by emailing the Funds' Wellness Department at Wellness@1199Funds.org.

The Training and Employment Funds (TEF) continue to assist your 1199SEIU employees and members with their education and training needs during the COVID-19 pandemic. TEF helps ease the financial strains of returning to school and provides career and academic guidance, which can be accessed remotely. TEF is also offering extended support and advisory services to your employees and members who may be reluctant to return to school during the pandemic or are having difficulty accessing services online.
