Buffalo: HC4 Program

Buffalo: The Health Careers College Core Curriculum (HC4 Program)

The HC4 Program in Buffalo works in conjunction with Erie Community College (ECC) in order to set our members up for success as they pursue their college degree. This program allows for individuals to go to school in a supported environment; to go to college with their colleagues; and to pick a major that is right for them.

Members who are interested in enrolling into the program can be together in a cohort. As a cohort, students can be in the same classes with one another. As part of HC4, participants can form study groups with each other, receive case management, network, and build relationships to ensure success.

New cohorts form every semester.

If you are any taking any of the following pre-requisites, and would like to receive case management and coaching, HC4 may be right for you:

  • English
  • Human Interaction
  • Sociology
  • Psychology
  • Survey of Anatomy
  • Anatomy & Physiology I & II
