Effective May 1, 2017, if you or a family member is feeling sick and your own doctor is unavailable, you can get the care you need from the comfort of your home 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, through your Benefit Fund’s new partnership with Teladoc, a telehealth service. When you’re not feeling well and your doctor’s not available, why drag yourself to an urgent care center or wait hours in an emergency room when quality care is just a phone call or click away?

As of May 1, you can call Teladoc to:

  • Speak with one of more than 3,600 board-certified doctors by phone or online video, any time of the day or night
  • Get treatment for conditions such as backaches, sprains and strains, flu, rashes and more
  • Get a prescription for medication, if necessary
