About the Child Care Funds

At a time when families continue to struggle with the economic challenges of raising and educating their children, 1199SEIU members can rely on the Child Care Funds to offer access to high quality, affordable programs and services for their children from birth to age 17 through child care benefits, information and referrals. Child Care Funds benefits encompass a wide array of programs and services, including day care, after school and summer day camp vouchers, Saturday cultural arts programs, holiday programs during school recesses, year-round teen academic programs and summer work internships (WorkForce 2000), SAT preparation, and quality pre-school education at our Future of America Learning Center.
