This plan provides access to a broad network of dentists, with no out-of-pocket costs for preventive services and no annual maximum benefit limit. In this plan, you choose a Primary Care Dentist from the Aetna network who will coordinate all your dental needs and provide you with referrals to specialists. New York State’s Paid Family Leave (PFL) benefit is administered at no cost to NBF members.
Provided through your employer, this benefit provides health and wage benefits if you are injured or become ill at work.
