As increased pressure is placed on improving clinical outcomes in nursing homes, intense focus has been placed on Quality Measures. Soon, how well a nursing home performs on these measures will make the difference between open and closed doors. This workshop explores the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Nursing Home Performance Measures, how and why they were developed, and how we can use them to measure progress and continue the journey toward person-centered care.
