Effective January 1, 2025, your dental coverage will be provided through the EmblemHealth Preferred Premier Plan. Your dental benefits will remain the same, and you will continue to receive the same comprehensive dental coverage you had through UnitedHealthcare.
Who Is Eligible?
Full-time members receive coverage for themselves and their eligible dependents. Part-time members receive coverage for themselves only.
