Full-time members and their eligible family members, and part-time members receive routine eye care from a participating provider every year at no cost. Covered individuals are also entitled to one pair of eyeglasses or contact lenses every year from a participating provider.

Your vision care benefit is $300 per year. Your coverage includes progressive lenses and an extensive collection of frames, so you’re sure to find stylish eyeglasses that look great all the time and feel comfortable on even the longest days.
Register on the GVS website using the unique 4-digit benefit identifier for the LPN Fund (2302). You will be able to view detailed eligibility and benefit information, schedule appointments, and download/print a virtual ID card. The GVS mobile application is also available for this purpose.
