Rite Aid Closes All Pharmacies
All Rite Aid retail pharmacies have closed. If you are a Rite Aid pharmacy customer, please call CVS Caremark at (833) 250-3237 and provide your ZIP code to find the nearest CVS participating pharmacy in your neighborhood. You can also visit www.caremark.com, register for a CVS Caremark account and use the retail pharmacy locator.
Members and their eligible family members receive prescription coverage with a $10 co-pay for generic drugs and $15 co-pay for preferred brand name drugs at the Fund’s participating pharmacies.
CVS retail pharmacies are offering the updated COVID-19 vaccines to patients nationwide.
Appointments can be scheduled online via CVS.com, through the CVS Health app, or patients can walk into CVS retail pharmacies. Prescriptions from outside prescribers is not required in any state to receive a COVID-19 vaccine. CVS pharmacists will answer any questions patients may have about the vaccine.
Prescriptions for chronic conditions must be filled through The 90-Day Rx Solution.

Who Is Eligible?
Eligibility Class I, II and III members receive all the benefits listed below; a weekly $15 premium is required for spousal coverage, and a weekly $10 premium is required for eligible children coverage, no matter the number of children you cover.

Use the Express Scripts Direct Claim Reimbursement Form for drugs purchased on or before June 30, 2024. For purchases on or after July 1, 2024, use the related CVS Caremark form above.
