Mental and Behavioral Health Benefits for National Benefit Fund Members
If you or a family member needs help with mental health or alcohol or substance use disorder, your benefits provide you access to a wide range of mental health counselors, social workers, psychologists, psychiatrists and other mental health care providers. No referral or prior authorization is needed.
Network Providers
Your behavioral and mental health benefit covers you for talk therapy in person or online with a network provider. You may find one by visiting findadoc.1199SEIUBenefits.org. If you need assistance finding a provider, Benefit Fund social workers and professional staff will help you and your family find the treatment programs you need and coordinate your care with your doctors. Teladoc
If you prefer to access a mental health provider online for yourself or your dependent child age 13 and older, you may find one through Teladoc*, the telehealth and video conferencing service. Visit www.Teladoc.com or call (800) TELADOC (835-2362).
Brightline
Your child, up to age 18, is covered for online access to licensed psychiatrists, psychologists and therapists through Brightline. You are also eligible to receive online coaching to help support your child’s mental health. Visit brightline.com for more information.
