Child Care Fund
Are you eligible for Child Care Fund benefits?
Generally, you are eligible for benefits through the Child Care Fund if you:
- Are a regular full-time or part-time (at least 2/5 of a regular work week) employee at an institution that contributes to one of the Child Care Funds;
- Have passed a 90-day probationary period;
- Are legally responsible for children newborn through 17 years of age; and
- Complete an application during the registration period and submit all required documentation.
