The 1199SEIU Child Care Funds offer free seminars, workshops and camp fairs that address the needs of working parents and help members make the most of the opportunities available to their children. All events are informative, can serve as collaborative tools for you and your family, and are designed to help you better balance the demands of your career with the challenges of parenthood.

Summer Ideas for Parents Workshop
Wednesday, May 20, 2026, at 6:00 pm
This workshop will inform parents about the low-cost/free options available for parents during the summer months when their children are out of school and/or no longer attending summer day camp. These options can be close to where you live or a train/car ride away.
